APCCAL 2010 – “The Best Technology Innovation”, “Outstanding Performance”

The Asia Pacific Contact Center Association Leaders 2010 was held in Nikko Hotel & Resort Bali, Indonesia on 20th and 21st October 2010. The event was hosted by Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA).

Byron J. Fernandez, General Manager of SRG Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd represented Malaysia speaking at the Technology Innovation track and competed with other contestants from Indonesia, China and Australia. He won the following two Awards:

Award 1:

For Technology Innovation: “Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders 2010, The Best Technology Innovation”.

Award 2:

For Operations: “Asia Pacific Contact Centre Centre Association Leaders 2010, Outstanding Performance”.

 
 
 
 
   

2009 MALAYSIAN CALL CENTRE OF THE YEAR (Over 100 Seats) – GOLD AWARD

Coming off a four-year hiatus from competing in the annual Call Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM) awards, SRG AP has once again proven to be a leading outsourcer by winning one of most coveted categories, the OUTSOURCED CALL CENTRE OF THE YEAR 2009 - GOLD AWARD for over 100 seats. The 0ver 100 seats category is the open class category wherein call centres of any size over 100 seats qualify for this category, making it the most hotly contested award. There was a record number of entries in 2009, making the competition much tougher compared to the previous years.

Experienced independent judges conducted site visits and analysed every detail of operations, while conducting mystery shopping before awarding the industry's highest accolade in the country to SRG AP.

2009 MALAYSIAN CALL CENTRE MANAGER OF THE YEAR – GOLD AWARD

In 2009, categories covered were operations and people management best practices, key contributions and accomplishments to the company, clients, and stakeholders. SRG AP's operation has proven to excel in these key areas. As a result, one of our Contact Centre Managers was decorated with the Gold Award in the prestigious 2009 CCAM Awards. 2005 REGIONAL CALL CENTRE OF THE YEAR - GOLD AWARD

SRG AP won the OUTSOURCED CALL CENTRE OF THE YEAR 2005 - GOLD AWARD in the 2nd Regional Call Centre Awards, 2005 that was held in Singapore. This year around, there were more entries from the region with the inclusion of call centres from Thailand and China, in addition to the entrants from Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

SRG AP made history by becoming the very first Malaysian call centre to win a Gold Award at the Regional Call Centre Awards in 2005.

 
     
 
 
 
   

2004 MALAYSIAN CALL CENTRE OF THE YEAR (Over 50 Seats) - GOLD AWARD

SRG AP's Maxis Hotlink Centre has won the "Best Call Centre Above 50 Seats" award at the CCAM Call Centre Awards in 2004. This is the premier customer service award in the country and is awarded upon stringent audits of the call centre premises, processes, people and resources. SRG AP was awarded the Silver award in 2003 and has built on that to become the national champion in 2004.

 
     
 
 
 
   

2004 REGIONAL CALL CENTRE OF THE YEAR – (Over 50 Seats) - SILVER AWARD

SRG AP won the Silver Award at the Inaugural Regional Call Centre Awards held in Singapore; against 6 of the region's premier call centres from Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. 2004 MALAYSIAN TELEMARKETING CENTRE OF THE YEAR (Under 50 Seats) – SILVER AWARD
