JOSEPH MILAN

Hailing all the way from the Philippines, Joseph’s 12-year experiences in the BPO and contact centre industry groomed him to become a seasoned professional in significant areas for SRG such as Financial Management, Business Development and Project Management. Joseph’s involvement in the contact centre industry even lead him to be invited as an honoured awards judge in the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia’s Annual Awards. All project planning and commercial modelling in response to RFPs and new projects, are taken care of by Joseph to successfully manage, deliver and stabilise BPO projects for SRG Asia.

On top of his talents in the contact centre industry, Joseph is also a licensed Electronics Engineer  by profession with a double degree from Mapua Institute of Technology, Philippines: BSc in Computer Engineering & BSc in Electronics & Communications Engineering.
