Atchu’s position as a Senior Director of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Operations in SRG Asia, stems from his 26 years of Customer Service, Telemarketing and Back Office experiences. His contact centre experiences in Domino’s Pizza across Malaysia and Singapore, along with 13 years in Maxis provided him with the management skills for BPO operations in SRG since 2015. Atchu’s portfolio involves managing a workforce of over 250 FTEs spanning across more than 10 projects. Hence, Atchu’s conscientiousness brought him to his focused goals in achieving year-on-year targets on both SRG’s clients’ KPIs as well as the company’s Profit and Loss (P&L) targets.
