Wooi Tak is an experienced Information Technology professional from his past 20 years of working experience in Contact Centre Information Technology Administration, Technical Support and lastly, Facility and Project Management. His experiences include the set-up and maintenance of full contact centre infrastructure, design and implementation of campaigns across various platforms (from Avaya, Aspect to Genesys Contact Centre Suites such as technical support, telemarketing and customer service) in which he also managed some of those campaigns. Taking on its glory, Wooi Tak successfully built numerous contact centres — ranging from 80 to 500 seats — in the region.

Currently in SRG, Wooi Tak’s key role is to ensure that both the Contact Centre and Business Technology platforms align to SRG’s vision in embarking digitization and future proofed omni-channel technology.
