Anoop is a seasoned professional with a foundation in Mechanical Engineering. He began his career in India’s engineering and manufacturing sectors before transitioning to American Online India Operations, a leading Internet Service Provider in the U.S. His journey in the BPO/Outsourcing industry started as a Technical Support Executive, quickly advancing to leadership roles across Kuala Lumpur, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, and the Middle East. Anoob’s vast experience spans BPO, KPO, ITES, and Telecommunications, with expertise in Operations, Project Management, Business Development, Learning & Development, and Total Quality Management.

He has held significant roles, including HUB Director at SELLBYTEL Group in Malaysia and leadership positions at SCICOM BHD, where he oversaw the implementation and management of sales and service desks for blue-chip clients. He is proficient in ISO standards, PCI-DSS and Service Capability and Performance (SCP) certifications, having played a pivotal role in enabling these certifications as an internal auditor.

Anoop is at the forefront of research and implementation in future technologies, championing the transition toward the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0). His areas of specialization include Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning, and Augmented and Virtual Reality. He is committed to enabling digital transformation across organizations, creating significant value for both clients and employees.
